I got to check out The Wolfman over this past weekend, and while it was nowhere near perfect, I still enjoyed the hell out of it. The Wolfman design looked amazing, the sets and cinematography were great and I enjoyed Anthony Hopkins performance very much. The film did drag in certain places and the characters didn't grab me emotionally. This is what happens when a film is pushed back a ton of times, footage is removed and re-shoots go down. Box Office results have come out for this past weekend and The Wolfman(30mil) has been beaten out by none other then Valentine's Day(51mil), starring such talents as Taylor Swift, Ashton Kutcher and Jessica Alba. Granted it was Valentine's Day over the weekend, but come'on, these numbers are ridiculous. For shame people, for shame!
